I was born and raised in Maryland. With three older brothers I learned at a young age how to overcome adversity. I lettered in baseball and football in high school as sports were a major component in my life. I went on to get my degree at Frostburg State University where I played football and was a member of KZX fraternity. I think it’s pretty common to come out of college and not know what you want to do in life. I was no different.
I found myself attracted to real estate and wanted to learn more about being a real estate investor. (Buying, renovating and flipping homes) I thought that getting into the mortgage business would be a great start to working toward my goals. I bought my first home with my credit score. I didn’t need any down payment or any documentation to support I could afford to make the mortgage payment. The tumbling of the housing market would soon follow.
It’s hard to believe I would be in this field almost 12 years later. There are so many people out there who need a helping hand. From repairing credit to helping the unqualified home buyer become qualified; preparing plans to help homeowners avoid bankruptcy and foreclosures, and creative methods to becoming completely debt free in an unimaginable period of time are just a few of the skills I’ve learned along the way. My goal is to pay it forward and help as many people as possible.
I take great pride in what I do. Honesty, integrity, and the ability to do the right thing all the time is what I stand for.
On May 4, 2013, I married the love of my life and reside in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. I enjoy spending time with my family, improving my golf game, and cooking.
